Went wheeling. Broke some stuff and rearranged some stuff. No need for to worry about the guy standing below the Jeep, it was anchored and very stable on its side.

Nope, lol Luckily everyone was all good. Should have seen me running away running away from that Jeep while it was rolling. I felt like Indiana Jones running away from the big rolling rock.

It was a rough weekend for us, literally everyone in the group was on their side at least once, for no other reason besides it was just wet. You would slide into a big rut and then you are done, it was like Jeeps on ice.

Just did a water pump and thermostat, yesterday I took it to get front drive shaft u-joints replaced/ have rear shaft balanced.
And then after that continue on my list of parts that need updating. Lol

Looks like a waterpump and thermostat for my '00 are in the near future.
It doesn't overheat but it runs warmer than it should even when the temps are in the mid 90°s it runs 210° or just a little above.
Radiator, e-fan, and fan clutch are all new.
Easy job, just not what I want to be spending money on.

Yeah I hear ya brotha, I thought that replacing both would fix my overheating issue, it helped a lot. But looks like replacing the radiator might be needed. Fan clutch is okay. But as far as not wanting spend money on stuff like that I'm right there with you, I bought this about a month ago and have been replacing parts due to the lack of maintenance from previous owner(s)

The old 2 door moved under it's own power yesterday. First time in 3 years it's moved.
Has a clattering sound that I believe it detonation due to the 3yr old gas.
Going to drain as much as I can and add some new to see if that clears it up.
No check engine light, temp just below 210°, 13.9 volts, good oil pressure.

On a positive note at least you can cross those items off the to-do-list and know it was done and done right.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to replace my radiator sooner or later. I like the one Jeff from @Southeast Overland did on his.

I went with the Mishimoto Aluminum Rad, Flow cooler water pump, all new hoses, new 190 thermostat, ZJ Fan and a completely stand alone transmission cooler setup. It will idle all day with the AC on in 100 degree temps and never go above 200. Probably did not need to do it, but man I hate vehicles that overheat and the constant worry that comes with it. '

3yr old gas out, mid grade 100% gas no ethanol in. Runs much better.
Added a little more caster angle, no more wandering.
    It's getting there.

Drained the trans and filled it with Redline MT-90.
    Topped off the tcase.
Took it for a drive to the gas station and had a front passenger caliper lock up on me on the way home. :annoyed:

Took this pic this morning on the way to work in the DD XJ.

Impressive! Just imagine for a second if you owned one of those transverse mounted engine vehicles and try the same parts replacements :annoyed:

Yesterday I changed the water pump and tensioner pulley on the 93. Need to do calipers too, I swapped a caliper from my 97 to replace the one that locked up last weekend. I have the calipers just ran out of time to do them yesterday. Carrying them with me just in case another one locks up as they are easy to replace with the intent on swapping them this coming weekend.
Drove the 93 to work today... handed off the keys for the 00 to my 17 yr old daughter. :goingcrazy::help:

Not sure what's the main culprit for locked up calipers : age, rust, old fluid, crappy rebuilt parts, sitting too long or just all the above.
