Trouble with 4X4

    2023 gladiator
    Hey everybody new to the group here. I have a 2023 jeep gladiator, I bought it brand new. We got some snow and I wanted to try the 4 wheel drive for the first time
    And I couldn’t get it to shift into 4h or 4L. I tried in neutral, reverse and while rolling. There wasn’t any grinding noises or anything but the shifter wouldn’t budge. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks
