    @JKBob 25 trust me man I am extremely proud of my self I’ve tried to quit befor and realized the job I had was making me stressed well the (managers) made me stressed but now I’m working on houses with people who don’t smoke so it’s a good start to a new year!!!!!!!:goingcrazy:

    for me the first 10 days were worst,then it tapered off,,,free!!!hang in...

    I was in the hospital for 13. And since they couldn't figure out why I was there for 6. All I thought about was why I can't breathe. But yes, as @2oldjeeps said. The first week or so is the worst. So hang in there Billy1234. The cravings pass as fast as you get'em. Drink water. Flush that crap out of your system. Trust me....It works dude.
