Looking to put a 2.5” lift & 33’s on my 2 door Wrangler JL, but I’m nervous about it being too much of a gap. Anybody have some pictures for me?

    Hello @mharvie1, welcome from Oklahoma.
I would doubt you would need any lift to run 33"s, if the info I am finding is correct the Rubicon comes with 32.7" tires. How much more lift does the Rubicon have over the Sport?

I’ve heard that Rubicons run anywhere from 1”-2” higher. I’m wanting to lift it regardless, I just want it to look right before I spend the money on it.

3 inch zone lift. Fox 2.0 shocks. 35 inch nitto ridge grapplers. Bushwacker flat fenders. No name steel bumpers front and back for now.
I think you can actually put 35's on and a little bit of inner fender trimming without a lift if I'm not mistaken. Might need some wheel spacers if you are gonna keep the stock wheels tho

I was gonna do 35’s but I’m leaning more towards 33’s for several reasons. Just want to see how it would look w the lift bc I don’t want there to be too much of a gap & have it look weird

Here’s my JKU with 2” Mopar lift, Fox shocks, and 33” Nitto. Hope it helps.
