Sorry dude. I have to. :bananadance:.
So you need a chart to tell you where to rotate your tires? Is it the spare that throws you off? :frusty:.

yep. thanks Aggrex, that's my plan! :D I'll be getting the bumper in late next week and hopefully I'll have an idea of when I can get my tire and wheel in. Also going to get a mount for the hi lift jack to place it in front of the passenger door. It uses the bolts where the mirror is mounted, but with doors on you can't even see it, so I'm just going to take it off and place the mount there.

Have a JKS tramp stamp vented cover i'll be putting on as well. Since my lift and sway bar disconnects are JKS. (OH GEEZ, dumb moment... so I didn't bother to check if I had quick disconnects for my sway bar before ordering some.... checked... JKS quick disconnects.... LOL. So I'll be returning that... hahah)

I think it was in a different thread, but I did order the coilovers. I'm thinking since i'm only putting the bumper on the back atm that I should only put them on the back coils. and then when I upgrade the front i put the front ones on. Sound reasonable?

Aletani. If your installing in coilovers. You may not need to install the spacers. Coilovers, if I'm not mistaken. Based on the lift coverage you ordered. Will cover the weight of your bumper. You will lose some lift height. But it may not require you to adjust your shocks/coilovers.
Any one with any knowledge of what she is doing. Chime in. I'm not very familiar with coilovers. Which did you order?

No, I got what I think you linked. I just thought you called them coil overs. I guess they are just the spacers then.

Yeah...my bad. Coilovers are shocks with coils installed outside of the shock. Along with your factory coils. They make for an awesome set up if your planning on some heavy duty off road wheeling. Sorry again. My bad. The spacers sit on top of your coils to make up for the weight of your bumpers or upgrades. Coilovers are a completely different set up. Sorry Aletani.

Np! Thanks for the info. I'm just going to do the back spacers with the back bumper install. Got my full sized spare in! Perfect match! Bumper install is tomorrow!

Good thing hubby is strong. That full size spare is crazy heavy. No way I could change a tire by myself on Chi... Better photos to come with it out in the wild.

Couldn't do the back spacers b/c the lug nuts are way over torqued on the axles... So a compressor and air gun might be our next investment. Tho I'm not seeing much sag from the added weight. I still plan on doing them tho.

I have an electric impact wrench and air compressor for construction but I prefer the Milwaukee M18 impact wrench to take off lugs especially over-tightened lugs. Better to properly torque those lug nuts before discovering them during a road repair.

I guesstimate the new spare is heavier than you LoL. Even the AAA service tech might struggle with it.

Neat location for the high-lift secured with Bolt lock. Did you have to lose the passenger mirror? Otherwise a simple cycle mirror could attach to the high-lift jack.

Awesome work Aletani. And nice work by your Hubby. Jeep looks great. I especially like your choice of mounts for your Hi Lift. I like it. I have one. I have it mounted on the back of my sport cage. But I plan on replacing my top with a fast back style top. And I'm going to have to remove the jack. The top won't fit over it. I'm not real crazy about hood mounting the jack. Who's mounting kit are you using? Only issue I see with it. I run door less at times. And the mirror mount I use would not work with that jack mount. So I am curious as to who's mount your using. I might be able to modify some thing.

Nice work. Your rig is coming along really nice.

Hubby and I really enjoyed working on Chi together. If only I was super strong. Haha.

I did have to lose the passenger mirror, but I couldn't see it all pushed into the dash to reach the clutch anyway. I may remount the mirrors to the doors but I do want to be doorless when I can.... So idk what I'm going to do...

The lift mount is this: BOLT 7028649 Hi-Lift Jack Mount for Jeep Wrangler (Black Mount for Passenger Side, J-Mount) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AXDWRXQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_NYtYzb9T653G5

Very pleased with it except there is one spot on the lift that presses against the quarter panel and I just need a little clear protector circle to go under there to protect the paint.

Thank you for the impact wrench suggestion. We were thinking we needed an air gun and compressor. We want to be able to do the 5 tire rotation on Chi ourselves.

Thank you guys for all of the help and encouragement. I plan on continuing to lean on you guys for advice!
