Knock Sensor?

    1985 Jeep CJ7 6-258
    I have an 85 cj7 with a 6-258 engine and a part off of the exhaust manifold broke off and I could never find it, but I wondering exactly what it is. From what I've found it seems to maybe be a knock sensor but I can't find a replacement anywhere. Any help on what it is or where to get a new one.
