My opinion. It's personal preference. The style, backspacing, price??. When I was looking at tires and wheels. I really liked 15 x 10s with 33s. But the more research I did. Looked at other rigs with different tires and wheels. I ended up buying 305s on 17 inch wheels. My advice. Take your time, look at different combos. And make your Jeep yours. And have a blast with it.

I like Bob's attitude. Take your time when choosing your wheels. I also look at how difficult they will be to clean. I really don't want to spend an hour cleaning the nooks and crannies of a highly detailed wheels. I try to keep mine simple and basic these days. 15x8 or 10? I almost always go 10. That will likely add 4 inches of width to your stance giving you more stability on the trails. I don't ever run less than a 12.50 wide tire and I like the way they fit in a 10in wide wheel over the 8s; I feel they are pinched in the 8. I hope I didn't just make your decision harder.
