I just picked up a new 2017 Grand Cheorkee Altitude. Love it so far but have to say the stereo system is a bit underwhelming.
Looking for more power (amp), better speakers, etc..

has anyone upgraded this before or have any recommendations?

I would highly recommend Crutchfield. I had a real bad experience with Sonic not wanting to return an item that they clearly state having 60 day no hassle returns. Filed a complaint with the BBB and California attorney general and they still refused to do a return. Finally American Express took the money back from them but it took a while. This was a 2500 item and they tried to stick it to me. Buyer beware from Sonic.

Good to know Doug. I've never had any problem with them on lesser stuff like $500 amps tHat I have returned, but I refuse to do business with onlinecarstereo.com because they also won't take returns. For the most part I go with crutchfield.
