Transfer case snapped in half

    Can anyone tell me why is happened? It started vibrating than the T-Case just snapped in half

    Good thing they are pretty cheap. I have an extra that I bought for parts. I paid $20 for it because it had a bent output shaft. I wanted the half the case. I bet if you take it apart you'll find broken chain and or seized/shattered bearings that bound up and something had to give.
