    I am experiencing some unusual issues. Wipers not working correctly on delay, instrument cluster changes display randomly. Goes from MPH to miles per gallon. Heating and ac control module not working. Heat and ac works, it just has no adjustment for temp control. Horn doesn’t work. Any suggestions?
