My 2008 jeep wrangler just started making a rattling/clangy noise coming from the front passenger wheel area. It only does it around 10 mph or slower. Once you get over 10 mph it stops. It sounds like it is dragging something, any ideas on what it could be?

Steel front bumper, all terrain aggressive tires, side step rails, class 4 receiver with dual American flag mounts, roof rack, 10 LED light bars, rock lights, master control switch board, American flag decals, 2 inch lift, 2 inch spacers, slotted rotors.
Hub bearing could have play or knuckles for upper and lower control arms are probably worn out. Start with that.
