    2000 Grand Cherokee Limited
    I need advice. The drag link on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited needs the ends replaced. Although I know they are similar, they aren't the same as tie rod ends, right? When I look up the parts online, I get referred to tie rod ends. Would the drag link ends be considered upper, lower, inner or outer ends? The left end connects to the pitman arm, the right connects to the steering knuckle. How do I make sure I'm getting the right parts from the parts store or online? Thanks.

    Steel front bumper, all terrain aggressive tires, side step rails, class 4 receiver with dual American flag mounts, roof rack, 10 LED light bars, rock lights, master control switch board, American flag decals, 2 inch lift, 2 inch spacers, slotted rotors.
    Rockauto.com and O'Rileys are best for straight to the point service.

    The Drag link is connected via the drop arm and steering gearbox to the steering wheel (providing the connection between the driver and the steering system); the other end is attached to one of the wheels by the steering arm.

    Tie rods, located at each front wheel, link the steering gear with the steering knuckle. All steering systems rely on the tie rod end for proper steering function. That includes rack and pinion steering systems as well as recirculating ball types.
