    Need some help.
I have a 2017 Grand Jeep Cherokee Summit where my leather on dash has lifted. I just noticed it and my warranty is out but wasn’t sure if this was an issue but never recalled. At this time it isn’t too bad but want to get fixed before it gets worse. I live in Delaware and I’ve called a couple of auto upholstery places and they don’t want to touch it crazy right but I want fixed before it gets worse.
Does anyone know if JeepCares looks at this site to see issues with leather on dash lifting bc I’ve researched and I see a lot of issues.

With the vehicle out of warranty the odds of the Jeep/dealer making repairs could be slim. The material is probably not leather but a type of pleather that’s simulated leather. It’s unfortunate but that dash area is exposed to super high temps and heat from the sun. And probably will continue to progress. But keep the pressure on the dealer to have the problem fixed.

I have been calling around to auto upholstery places and i have 2 who are willing to look at it. Right now its not to bad but would like to have fixed before it gets worse. The crazy thing is I also use sunshade on my front window shield and my windows are tinted. I have researched this and they had a warranty extension but it only went up to 2014 models.
