So i replaced all of the shocks, all of the leaf springs with the rough country 2 inch lift. I added the skyjacker track bar relocation bracket and a new steering dampener shock.

Now the jeep leans 1 inch to the right. I cant figure it out.. What am I missing?

Did you check all the springs before you installed them to make sure they were equal arched? If the shackles are all the same and you didn't make any changes to the way the Jeep is weighted, it has to be a spring issue. Rough Country wouldn't be my first choice for lift springs.
