I keep going through Rotors and the brake shop has not clue.
We have replace Calipers, pads, Rotors and within about 6k the are warped again.
    Anyone seen that before?

Some auto parts store or rebuilt/reman calipers can be hit or miss, proper and complete bleeding, pad quality, pad deposition onto the rotors etc and even the driver may be a factor for that warped pulsation.

Lots of mods, but they were already in place. MY mods are REPAIRS!
I had the same issue with our family Kia minivan. I fixed it with new Raybestos rotors from the Rock Auto heavy duty (fleet) column. Way better metallurgy than the local replacement crap. They stop superb, and I've put them through some good testing. Still going strong at over 4 or 5 years.
