Directional Compass wrong

    Can someone help me figure out how to reset my compass. I just got a JC Latitude 2016 and directional compass is reading wrong.

    On other vehicles the owners manual should have steps to reset the compass or inquire at the dealer. I don't own a Compass but if you can locate the power supply to the mirror, disconnect it (power might be retained for a period of time) and see if that causes the Compass to recalibrate otherwise the compass may be defective.

    Thanks. I found some instructions in my radio/compass settings but I have to go to a big parking lot and go around in circles to get it to recalibrate. So I guess I will be doing donuts somewhere in parking lot.
