Cherokee starter replacement led to partial electronic function loss

    2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 2.4 2wd

    Replaced the starter in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 2.4 Liter 2wd which involved me removing the fusebox to reach the top starter bolt . When i reconnected the battery the vehicle wouldn't start and half of the electronics work like all the lights on the passenger side of the vehicle work and nothing works on the driver side .. trying to figure out what is going on .
