Texting with Android Phone - 2017 JGC

    We bought my Wife a new car, I traded in my 2015 JGC Overland and I started driving her 2017 JGC Limited. My Wife uses Apple phones and has been texting through the car's system since we got it. She had absolutely no problem connecting to the system to the car with her iPhone 11. I however use a Samsung Android phone and cannot for the life of me do the same. The phone is paired, and I can easily make phone calls through the car's system, but I cannot create custom texts.

    Has anyone else been through this?
