Jeep TJ desk. Pretty nice desk. It is NOT perfect. It has blemishes which I tried to capture in a couple of up close pictures. But it is a cool, solid and unique desk. Black and tan. Rolls around easily on 4” caster wheels. $1100

    local pickup only Columbus Ga.

Hmmm. It would probably be pricey to ship. I would worry about it being damaged. And I would prefer someone to see it in person to understand what they are getting. I would hate for it to be bought unseen, arrive and be a disappointment. IDK.

It was jeep parts I bought to repair my sons LJ after he rear ended someone. The fenders had rust in their typical places between the metal support underneath and the surface. So this was my first attempt at body rust repair. It came out decent for a desk. But a buyer might think less of it and be disappointed.

This was my sons first vehicle. Looking back it was too nice for a first vehicle. He rear ended his buddies civic and totaled both vehicles. His Jeep was not that bad. But because the air bags deployed it was totaled. Well, knowing what a good running Jeep it is we bought it back from insurance and rebuilt the Jeep. That is how we became intimately familiar with the TJ. And that is how I ended up with extra Jeep parts. I bought parts from someone parting out their TJ. But the rust in the fenders was more than I wanted to deal with for my sons Jeep. So I didn’t use them.

I built my first Jeep desk using my sons LJ(Abigail)wrecked front end. My son uses his desk quite a bit for school etc. It was our way of keeping all of Abigail with us. Lol. Silly I know. So I thought I would attempt the rust repair on the extra fenders and build another desk. It was a fun project. I know now body repair is not as easy as those guys on TV make out. Lol.
