So I have a 1945 Ford GPW. About 15 years ago I took it down to nuts and bolts and rebuilt the whole thing. My dad bought it about 1947 and it has been in the family ever since. It is the jeep I learned to drive with when I was about 8 or 10 on the farm. My dad put lug boxes in the back and threw them in front telling me if I crushed them, I had to pay for them. Never broke a box. I suppose if you have a vehicle that actually won a war, you have an advantage.
