4.2 to 4.0 FI engine swap

    Well today I am embarked on swapping out a bad 4.2 on an automatic A999 and putting in a 1992 4.0L EFI motor to the same transmission.

    So has anyone done this and is there a magic trick to it?
    We are trying to remote the harness and computer from the donor jeep...

    And just by chance... has anyone taken this 4.0 EFI motor and put a carb on it?

    Just looking for lessons learned.
