Hey guys, newbie post here so I apologize if I missed a thread that answered something similar to this. My wife drives a 2010 Jeep Wrangler with 130k miles and forgot to mention the transmission was shuddering. Turns out the transmission fluid hadn't been changed in nearly 60k miles. There is no question that I am going to just repair the transmission considering the prices of new and used vehicles right now. My question is, do you all think I would be better off having the old transmission rebuilt at a local acme transmission shop or ordering an already remanufactured transmission? I found this one for sale https://reman-transmission.com/transmission-codes/?code=42RLE but I have never heard of this retailer before. Does anyone here have experience with them or have a better suggestion?

    Thanks in advance
