Manual doors/locks (after having electric my first time around, I bought this for the fact it makes it easier to take doors off (which I do often).

    Asking $21K.

Happy to answer questions or send additional pics. I reside in the Triangle area of NC.

    Thank you!!!!

Went to Carmax today and damn if they didn't offer my exactly 21K for my Jeep. I was rather surprised, and was expecting 18K or so.

If you're satisfied with the offer you have several days to think it over. Selling to CarMax does have its benefits like quick cash-in-hand without dealing with strangers and saving time. When I bought my 2016 JK the local Jeep dealer only offered 7K for my trade while a trip over to CarMax got me a better offer 10K which helped take the sting out of my JK purchase. I went to a different Jeep dealer..... ymmv

Yes. I am going to take their offer, which was what I was looking for in the marketplace to begin with, and this goes without questions, test drives, multiple inquiries, etc.

May come back to the Jeep Wrangler platform at a later date, and next time it will be a used one with the Hemi or Supercharger. Also next time will be a MetalCloak 4.5 lift. Not piecing stuff together like I did this time. It will be ready from the go. Right now Im going with a commuter with good gas mileage and hopefully in a few years we will be back to 2buck gasoline. (praying hands)

Best wishes with your plans and hope to see you in a Jeep again. It still stings when I think about the time I lost my mind and traded my ‘89 $8995 YJ for a 2WD Ranger. That winter had the storm of the century and I hope not to repeat that experience with my ‘16 ;)

I'm still going to follow the forum as my enjoyment of Jeeps will never waver. I know right, as soon as I don't have my Jeep its going to snow 3 feet. Gas prices here have gone insane, but the market is pretty bare of Jeeps for sale so Im going to take advantage of the market while there is still interest in them. They sell like hotcakes here.

I can almost feel the regret I'm going to have now, but man my bones and body need a break from the ride, guess I need a boring Cadillac.

Rough ride was standard treatment on the leaf sprung YJ and in comparison the JK has a better ride. Perhaps the newer Gladiator could give you the softer ride you seek until you start adding 37s and lift kits all over again LOL

I know, lol. I am just incapable of having a Jeep and not doing it. No way I can have that thing parked in my driveway, then see the lift kits & tires online and not go for it.

There are only a handful, if that, of vehicles you can buy either new or used and have equity in them after a few years. Jeeps are one of those.
