Has anyone had a compass that is goofy? Mine is fine with East, South and North but West always reads SW and that is on roads that are definitely West. I have calibrated it several times and the dealer has also done so. I have reset the variation in extreme directions and no change.
The dealer said not to place anything in the tray above the radio as that is where the compass sensor is located.
Is it time for a new sensor?

Happens to mine from time to time. I literally calibrate it by the book. Correct compass variance, and turn a constant circle under 5 mph until its finished.

Thanks. This has been calibrated several times by me and the dealer and I have set the variance between 7 and 13. Same thing. It will not locate due west.

Man. That's strange. Like I've said, this has happened to me and was fixed with a nice slow calibration. Keep us updated on the reaults
