    2021 Grand Cherokee
    Our new 2021 Grand Cherokee GPS is really messed up and tries to take us the longest route possible all the time. Checked the settings and highways and most direct routes are selected. Is there a known issue with this? Should we just reset back to factory?
    Please advise if possible.
