BCF3CA91-ED7A-4069-8FAF-BC9940A2903F.jpg Well i have been tracking down the last sound bothering me on the 2016 jk i purchased in October. A slight clunking on wash board or choppy roads. After getting it onto my brothers hoist and going over everything thouroughly again with an extra pair of eyes and only thing we found was front shock upper bushings crushed and blown out because whomever changed out the shocks to Rancho 9000’s was too lazy to get the upper polyurethane bushings in so they left the stock rubber bushings and just rammed the shock rod thru them. Getting two bushings for those shocks turns out to be rediculous so gave up on the Rancho’s altogether right away and with the wife’s “go for it” approval my new Fox 2.0 shocks will be here today. Also i cut away some of the plastic fins above passenger side front shock tower to allow the proper room to access and install new shocks and their bushings correctly.A774FB08-8E56-4C8E-8765-995410C1DE10.jpg

New Fox shocks arrived this afternoon and since i was in the garage already i finished the install too with a little help from a neighbor. Nice enough to help his half cripple neighborD99944BF-0C25-44CF-9C29-4976FD432830.jpg55116AA0-8683-4833-A235-20C347BC9AEF.jpg

Just realized I didn’t put it in this thread just my Jeep build thread. Added this switch to A-pillar along with a fuse box under the hood on drivers side of Jeep.

Tom Woods front and rear drive shafts. If you look closely at the rear shaft. You can see the carnage.

Just got a 2015 Willys yesterday - my first Jeep. Both of my sons and my grandson drive Jeeps, so I figured it was time for me to join them. I'm looking forward to learning lots through this group. Thank you for the add.

Hey, @rjshiflet you guys have your own Jeep Club for off road treks. They say never wheel alone, so enjoy the day with your sons and grandson!

Changed out my thermostat housing yesterday. Now just need to get the mud out of my brakes so the ABS lights stop coming on.

My fenders came in this morning just before I had to leave for work and now that’s all I’ve been able to think about at work. Lol.

Should be putting them on tomorrow morning! So stoked to get it swapped. Feel like a kid during Christmas lol!

Got the rears installed and had to go out within 10min of finishing the install with some friends. After I got back I've come to one conclusion..............
I can highly recommend that short fenders or even no fenders are much much better if you love to have fun! :)

Looking good with the flat fenders and a little trail texture.

Got a deal on a 2016, 3.6 L, just purchased last week, the previous owner had neglected it, literally had cobwebs all over inside, at least he stored it in a garage, well I washed it, waxed it, deep cleaning on the inside and drained the engine's oil and transmission fluid and replaced with this:
    https://www.searchforparts.com/oil-change/jeep-2016-wrangler-3.6l-g

going to rip out the dash next and install the latest touch screen radio.

finally changed out my flat spare this weekend. Now I need to rotate tires(this coming weekend).

Question, I've had my ABS sensor show up as a fault on my display since I went mudding and got that flat last month. I thought was either the mud in the brakes(which I've cleaned now) or the flat spare I still had in the back(which I fixed now) but light still on. Anything else I can check or could it just be a bad sensor?
