17 inch wheels from 2008 Wrangler on a 2012?

    Found a good deal on 5-17 inch 75th anniversary wheels off a 2008 wrangler. will these fit a 2012 JK WRANGLER ??

    Hard to tell for sure from the pics but you might be able to reuse your old ones.

    Thanks for the reply. If not would it hurt to run without TPS ? I am thinking the dash tire light would stay on. I wanted to keep my stock tires and wheels together. and not sure if I want the cost of new TPS AND reprograming them .

    Well I took out air valve and pushed a thin wire down Valve stem and it stop, Was told that is a way to check for A TPS .

    Most modern vehicles (2005 and up) come with TPMS these days so the odds are your used wheels will have them unless the previous owner removed them.....ask

    paid cash for it.
    Tpms sensors are not required for your vehicle to run as long as you can stand looking at the dash light being on. You can turn the light off using a Jeep reprogrammer device like a Superchips Flashcal.

    @tomrr - just a further thought on TPMS sensors - They switched from 315 MHz to 433 Mhz in 2013, so that won't be a problem for your application. However most sensor batteries only last for around 10 years anyway, so you'll soon enough end up buying new ones down the line one way or the other.
