I am looking for a Dana 30 4:10 LHD front axle so I can get this Jeep on the road. I just need to get all of the repairs done and make it road-worthy until I decide what else I am going to do with it. I am on the Eastern Shore Delaware-Maryland. Any ideas on where I can find an axle?

    Thanks.

Finding a DANA 30 with 4:10 already installed will likely be pretty hard to do, as no JK is produced stock with that combination. It would be a custom option or added after the fact. Finding a Dana 30 with other gears should be no big deal as some replace them when building more serious wheeling rigs.

Check with your local custom 4x4 shops. The Dana 30s are commonly pulled off but seldom sought after. Of course, the auto wrecking yards should be checked as well. Again...finding them with 3:73 should be easy...4:10s...not so much.

    GOOD LUCK!!

I found one here in Azle, TX. They are asking $600 113,000 miles. They are installing Dana 60s. You interested?

Clinton Bennett's number is (817) 929-6534. Maybe he would ship it?

More of em out there than I figured. lol Hope you are able to get one!! :)

Oh...and don't forget to look for a DANA 44 off a Rubicon. Will bolt right up and will be stronger. Just another option I should have stated to start with.

EDIT: I just saw your post in the other thread saying the dealer said a Dana 44 would not work....that does not make ANY sense to me. The external parts are the same between a 30 and a 44. the differences are the internals.
