I have a hose hang down.

    i have a 1/2 in. hose hanging down on the passenger side .it looks like it come's from the back of the engine. i can't find what it hooks to. what is it and where does it go ?

    Trace the hose back to its origin and report back. Is this mysterious disconnected hose causing any issues right now?

    the hose is not causing any problems, i just want to know what it goes to. it's a 1/2 in. outsie diameter hose about 3 feet long.

    1/2" O.D. is too small for PS, PB, A/C, A/C drain, Evap, Radiator so it likely a vacuum line. What about the other end of this 1/2" line?

    Do you have a hose coming out of the back of the differential on the front axle? You should and it should run up the firewall.
