1969 CJ5 Steering problem

    Just bought a jeep and it was tough to turn to the left and had a lot of play in the steering. I looked up how to adjust the gear box and tried some adjustments. Still have the play and now it is almost impossible to turn to the left. Could this problem just be the box or something in addition to it?

    Fuel Injection, Dana 44s, T18, 4.10s w/lockers
    I would suggest confirming weather it is the steering box or the linkage.
