So i finally got my turn signals to work.
But now I ran into another problem for some reason it wont crank over I checked voltage on the battery and its reading 13.03 I changed the ignition switch actuator pin put a new relay for the starter and tried switching the clutch switch over too. I need some help. I'm trying to get the jeep done so I can take it to my wedding in july

You may have the voltage to start the rig but does your battery have the power? A trip with the battery to the auto parts for a load test could determine that. Other factors could be a poor battery connections between the battery terminals and the starter.

Given the age of the Jeep make sure to check the integrity of all the connections and not just the ones easily seen. Ground wire decay matters! Firm believer of having a good ground connection after my no-start scenario.

1st is there 12 on the battery cable at starter?

Did you check fuse #2 a 40amp in the PDC?

Next we would check starter circuit, the relay in PDC is a fast easy access point.
    >> Can you use a test light and wiring diagram ?

will need to check circuit - at relay you want to confirm 12v at D10 and there should be 12v D11 when key turned to start.

To check for a bad starter, I would suggest at least trying jumper cables to an additional battery from a vehicle that is running. So if that works you have an issue in between the starter and battery. Or, it could be beyond that. Starting with the battery terminal connection. When you have to research out a problem, try the cheapest and simplest solution first. As technology improves repairs get more complicated.

OK you have 12v at D10?

This is a 2 person job.
D11 will only have 12v when switch moved to START.
If no 12v at D11 when switch in start position then check clutch switch. both sides 12v when clutch pushed down - yes no?

ok my friend seams elec/wiring is not your thing no problem...

Then the wires at clutch would not be getting 12v from key switch... we are working upstream to where the power is lacking. Let me get some diagrams for that ign sw.
