Radiator cap pressure rating?

    2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara
    Hey Everyone-
    I installed a new radiator in my TJ. I put a new radiator cap on that was rated for 18 psi.
    The parts guy said it was the right cap for the jeep.
    Does that rating seem a little high to you?
    I guess I was expecting a 12 psi cap or so...
