    i purchased a smitty bilt rear bumper and swing arm for my 76 cj. I looking to see if anybody has had better luck than I on the install. Regarding lining up the bolts holes and lower mounting brackets. See attached

    Fuel Injection, Dana 44s, T18, 4.10s w/lockers
    I have seen those on a few CJs and they seem to work O.K. I think you might need to do some of your own fabrication work to get it to fit as the older CJ did not have the strongest of frames. Not long ago, I saw where the pivot bearing broke on one of those and had to be rewelded due to just too big of a tire and lots of bouncing around.
