How many miles on your jeep? Need more details. Do you hear it when you are sitting still, or only when you are moving? If sitting still does it increase in frequency when you give it gas or stay the same? Could it me a rock in your tire? Exhaust leak?

Its a little early for lifters to be tapping, but if you have been infrequent on your oil changes its possible. Next oil change try running a can of gunk engine flush through it then see if it gets quiet. If so it is a lifter sticking. My 2010 chevy truck 6L has had a tick since the day I bought it new. Never could isolate it, but I believe it is one of the pulleys. I wouldn't use gunk very often on these new motors. I think its a little harsh on all the sensors/electronics, etc.

Jeep really frowns upon additives in your oil. As for warranty...It changes from year to year but you should (I think) have a 100,000 mile Powertrain Warranty but they also have a time limit...often 36 months--but again, that changes. Best to check with your dealer's Service Writer.

Understood, but the only way to unstick a stuck lifter is to run a solvent (gunk, seafoam, Rislone, Mystery oil etc) through it, or completely disassemble the head clean everything and put it back together. I opt for the solvent, before spending any time and/or money on the head job, but by all means if you are still under warranty let them do it.

Yes...but if still under warranty....don't tell Jeep you did it. lol Anyway...I am pretty sure Seafoam cures most everything. haha
