Hi Everyone - Just joined this forum and I am hoping I can find an expert to help me get my Jeep running soon. It was a everyday ride for me and we (Family of 5 ) are sharing vehicles right now . To bring you up to speed right after I bought a new battery 3 weeks ago in Michigan we took a heavy snow and quick cold snap . I was driving my jeep low on fuel (1/4 tank ) my bad..... and parked it at about 35 degrees with almost a foot of snow on the ground then we had a cold snap and I did not try to start it for about 20 hours . I then tried starting it and it was about 15 degrees outside and it would crank over but not fire. I put some fuel additive hoping it would help maybe if the fuel line was frozen and no luck. I then pushed it into my garage heated it up and no luck . Since then I have pulled the tank and replaced the fuel pump and filter as i could tell I was getting a very weak fuel pressure and that process got me great fuel pressure however ....still no luck starting since then I have replaced Crank Sensor , Distributor Cam sensor (tricky to find this on my 99 it was a crossover year it is a flat piece that sits under the distributer Cap and roter.) Plugs and wires changed distributer changed roter changed plugs changed ECM replaced and has set to my VIN specifically . I did notice the harness that connects to the ecm was wrapped with electrical tape (looked a bit sketchy) This weekend I am changing out the ignition switch . What else am I missing (no codes really since I had disconnected the battery ) I've been at this for 4 weeks now and I want to just give up but I have invested a ton of time and money replacing front end parts new tires ect .....if I give up it will be a big loss financially.

Appreciate experts comments please and thank you !

Do the gauges come to life when you turn the key to the on position?
Or do they not respond at all?

Have you checked for spark? You mentioned changing the cap/rotor, crank sensor and cam sensor but no mention of the ignition coil.
If you have no spark that would be the next place to look.
I am not inclined to believe it is the ignition switch if the engine cranks and gauges/lights/accessories/etc work.
