I have a stock 16 Rubicon 2dr. Time for new tires. I would like to go with a Toyo AT tire. Does anyone know how big I can go without a lift? It came with 255/75/17

Welcome @Beoconnor ...generally 33s is the max diameter for non-lifted JKs on OEM wheels on the street. The same combo off-road with some articulation you may find some rubbing which could be addressed by wheel spacers.

    A few.

But a Rubicon is already a little higher than regular Wranglers, is it not?
A friend kinda “lifted” his JK with just putting in Rubicon springs and shocks ..
