I started to change the oil in my front diff and noticed there was very little oil in it when I took the cover off. I changed out the oil, sealed it up and noticed a drip the next day. I checked the torque on the bolts...all OK and then noticed the leak was coming from the seal or bearing where the shaft enters the differential. Is this an easy fix? Any advice is appreciated !!

I suggest you index (mark) the drive shaft to front yoke - eliminate and balance 'phasing' issues and a simple chalk mark is faster and easier than the academic discussion that will follow.

You will need a new pinion nut- jeep dealer- a few $$ no biggie, a new seal, a torque wrench. and oil to refill diff. SOmetimes getting the yoke off is easy others it fights you.
