I got my TJ with these LED tail lights, but they don’t have a reverse light so I’m trying to replace them. I can’t figure out how to remove them and can’t find any bolts or screws. What do y’all think I should do? Thanks!

They probably just pop in and are held in by the black ring (gasket).
What are you going to replace them with?

I thought they might pop in. Not sure what I will replace them with yet, I wanted to pop them out to see what the mounting situation looks like back there before I get something new. I’m open to suggestions!

I think it looks pretty clean as it is, I would almost try wiring up some white LED strips for reverse lights if you are just trying to stay legal.
If you had stock housings I would suggest flush mounting them, looks stock...

    (not mine)

    But they are flush...

Round LED taillights would probably be cheaper than going back with stock housings. There are all sorts of round LED taillights, some with reverse lights in the center big and small, around the outside, the bottom half, etc... and I have no experience with any of them so I can't comment there. Good luck and I will be interested to see what you come up with.

Agree with @Prerunner1982 ....the previous owner did a great job adding the round tail lights. Easier to just add some small reverse lights.
