I have a tailgate rattle on the passenger side, inside the tailgate. It's a sort of metal ticking. I've seen a lot of rattle fixes, but none for this particular one. I think it has something to do with the welds being popped, but honestly it sounds more like a loose wire loom, or something along those lines. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix?!

Welcome @Starkravinmad ....welds in the tail gate could snap when carrying a heavier than stock spare tire. Perhaps some debris or small part slipped into the tailgate vent openings. Tail gate is hollow and welded together with limited accessibility for your arm. Take off the platic vent cover and take a peek inside. Your jeep should still have a warranty so see what the dealer can do.

As @aggrex mentioned. My first thought. Oversized tire. Numerous manufactures make heavy duty spare tire carriers. All depends on your future build and what your financial situation is. They can be taxing on your Jeep Wallet. :(
