    Radio periodically shuts down. Loss of power. Called Jeep and they said it was a software issue. Took My JL to a dealership and radio would not accept software update. Jeep help desk said so sorry. Take JL to another dealership. I’m stuck in the mud.

    Welcome @Buzzard67 ....thats terrible service from that dealer for a Jeep with warranty. Let us know what the next dealer says for the 2018 JL. Did you buy the jeep new or used?

    you called jeep customer service and was told try another dealer? Any more to story?

    Please post the dealer name that JEEP has no confidence in, others will want to avoid them.

    Kickit and post names, we need to share this info.

    Flowers in Montrose Colorado. When I get back to Houston Where I bought the Jeep I’ll try them for the radio update. Customer service also is no help. My case number is 59155142.

    I did see in another post that the issue is firmware and when using an iPhone ops 12+. The problem is in the Apple software, but a firmware update will solve the problem, we shall see
