Heard a wobbling sound under front end of the Jeep as i drive with the noise getting louder as i drive. Checked the lugs on both tires...passenger side has 3 "freespin" lugs that i can't tighten. Whats going on here ?

Take the wheel off and inspect the wheel studs and nuts before anymore high speed testing. Might look at the brakes while your down there.

I can't loosen the nuts to get the tire off. I did manage to get one of the good 2 nuts off but the lug is broke along with the 3 I can't get off. Tire is being held by 1 stud and nut...

Holy crap dude. One lug is a major disaster waittin to happen. I would NOT drive the Jeep brand vehicle any where. If you can't get lugs off, and wheel studs are stripped. I suggest you cut off wheel studs, punch out remaining section of the stud. And of coarse replace them. They should punch out fairly easily if you use some WD40 or PB Blaster.

If you cannot get the lug nuts off either they are rusted in or cross-threaded or over-tightened or broken or stripped in the hub. As mentioned cut the nuts/stud and inspect each wheel stud at the hub. If your lucky (which you have been) new wheel studs+lug nuts can be installed. Putting this mildly, this Jeep has been a roller coaster ride of issues for the past 5 weeks that is far from over. It's been interesting but high speed 100mph test drives (shake downs) are not advised.
