Over the next two weeks, I expect to start receiving a variety of parts that I've ordered to upgrade the suspension of my 2003 TJ. I decided to buy different parts from different vendors rather than a "kit" and it is becoming clear to me that I'm not 100% sure of the order in which these items should be installed given that it is an overall upgrade. In short, I am doing a 2" coil/shock lift and a 1" body lift. Here are the items that will need to be installed:

    - eight control arms (front/rear - upper/lower)
    - 2" coils with 2" shocks
    - steering kit (tie rod and drag link)
    - rear sway bar with end links
    - front disconnect end links
    - front adjustable trackbar
    - rear adjustable panhard bar
    - 1" body lift with replacement body mounts
    - 1" motor mount lift

Any thoughts or guidance on order of installation will be appreciated.

I would suggest installing the springs first, as most everything else is based on the spring lift.

Are the control arms adjustable or fixed length for a 2 inch lift?

Adjustable. I decided to go adjustable versus stock fixed length.
