Aside from the tried and tru Hi-Lift, has anyone used anything else? Was looking at these guys, and they seem to have a pretty good kit put together.

The farm-jack or Hi-Lift system jacks certainly have their place out on the trail. They are simply irreplaceable in some trail situations. However, I have found that for most use a good floor jack can be much more friendly for changing tires and such. I would suppose a kit such as the ones by SafeJacks would be fine as well but I think a smaller and cheaper floor jack does a good job.

Unless I am on a good flat surface, I don't trust bottle jacks in the same way as something more along the lines of:

It is good to have a board or piece of steel to under the front wheels if in soft ground.
