NSS on 2008 Jeep Wrangler

    the TRS signals PCM the gear selection.

    You might want to describe your issue, list all codes your scanner is displaying.

    Jeep wouldnt start unless I jiggled the gear shift or put in neutral. The problem was on again off again. Now it won’t start even after putting in neutral. Battery good. Seems like the neutral safety switch needs replaced but I can’t find the neutral safety switch on the jeep

    2 inch lift, bumper and winch 33" mud claw
    Mine does that on my LJ have to pull back on shifter slightly to make it start linkage adjustment I imagine oh yeah and welcome from Texas

    The shop replaced the wiring harness. Worked for a day, now starting intermittently

    If it was the NSS I hope they have an explanation for replacing the wire harness. The NSS for the Jeep are usually on the transmission with linkages and a electrical connector
