Hey guys and gals, I have a JKUS with the 3.21 and want to change gearing to 4.11(think thats the correct #). Just want a little more oomph on the highway and just be ready to wheel if need be. Im on 31's with a leveling kit. On the highway i feel like its struggling or in the wrong gear and i have already adjusted the speedo.
So to change gearing do they make a bolt on kit? Like fully assembled front and rear axles to just bolt on? I don't mind doing the work myself.

For starters you could start driving around without using an overdrive. Then find a local shop and price the gearing changeover. Changing gears is a bit more than a bolt on operation. There should be some videos of that sort on YouTube.

Re-gearing both axles will give you exactly what you're looking for. As you have experienced, the bigger tires and 3.21s have made the drive more lethargic. Unfortunately most of us lack the knowledge, training and tools to properly re-gear the axles. It will be one of the more expensive upgrades but an upgrade that you can appreciate right away. My recommendation is to consider having lockers or mechanical limited-slips installed during the re-gear to consolidate expenses. The other thing to consider is re-gearing to 4.56 or 4.88 if further increases in tire size are in your future plans.

Agree fully with above posts. It's not...unfortunately a bolt on fix/upgrade. The parts are relatively inexpensive. Ring and pinion w/o replacing basic nuts and bolts. (200 + -) But the tools and going to mechanics school can be. :(. Lollll. A basic gear swap in these parts. Bout $1500 - $1600 per axle. I do at some point, would like to make the same upgrade. But my Jeep Wallet is currently low on funds. :(
