I have a 2009 JK X unlimited and it has started to do Intermediate starting. I mean like I can turn the key and it will click 2 or 3 times and then start. I been to dealers and repair shops and they can't figure it out either. Has anyone else have this problem?
    thanks.

I would check cables - both pos and neg ends, then a wiring ck using diagram....The TIPM is a place to concentrate.

I have this problem in my 2008 JK X. No dealer or repair shop can figure it out because there’s no code in the computer to check. I’m not sure if it’s the same for you, but it happens more in the summer for me when it’s hot. I mentioned this issue to a family friend once and they suggested that after you try and turn it over, put it in neutral, and turn to start. I haven’t had to retry multiple times since.
