New member in Cincinnati, Ohio. Just bought a 2018 Wrangler Sport S.

Looking for help with wheels and tires. I literally have no idea where to start. I went to Tire Discounters and they were of no help.

I was thinking about adding 18" wheels with 35" tires and a lift. Recommendations would be great.

Welcome! My recommendation is the 17" wheels. Works and looks great with the 35s. Got lift planned or flat fenders? Some good threads in this forum for the JK with similar builds.

Also for a relatively similar build check out @JKBob or @JoeInOh jk build for some pics of 35s and 17" wheels. Has a very nice menacing look and attitude that you might be looking for.

Welcome from NJ. I am running an inexpensive lift and 35's. And very happy with the results and stance etc.
What exactly are you looking for @brownmj22 .

This is what I'm running with.

Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
A quick question. Your 2018; is it a JK or JL? The JLs can run a bigger tire than the JK in stock form. I have seen a JLU Rubicon with flat fenders and no lift on 35s.
