    Too many to list
Well it looks like my 3.61L V-6 engine is history after only 91,000 miles. I took such good care of it too. No explanation. I bought it used at 38,000 miles and it had no mechanical issues. Anyway, I've been considering a bigger block in a v8. Chrysler Mopar wants $5800 for a new 3.61. How about a HEMI?? suggestions?

Howell fuel injection, header, HEI distributor, TH350, NP208, SOA lift with YJ springs in the front & GW springs in the Rear. AMC20 with G2 1 piece chromos trussed, Dana 30 with G2 chromos and 760x ujoints and MM Stainless Hubs, Geared 4.56. Tom Woods shafts, Metal cloaks, Caged, 37" Toyo MTs.
Do lots of research. I have been looking at many options, i.e. hemi vs LS etc. Them Hemi is a little more expensive. If I do all the work myself, I have gotten the 6.0 LS and 6L80 tranny swap down to under $10k. It is still a lot of money to me. I will run my 3.8 till it dies. I have a 2010 JK with 130,000 miles, no problems yet. Have been thinking about repower at some point so I’m very interested in finding out what suggestions are made here. Any comments on diesel?

Welcome! If you were content with the 3.6 and want to stay on a lower budget look for a good used 3.6 either from CL, wreck yard, remanufactured engine(jasper) or even hemi swap shops who stock low mileage 3.6 for sale (Rubitrux). Get a quote from Rubitrux for either the low-mileage used 3.6 or a Hemi swap.

3 inch zone lift. Fox 2.0 shocks. 35 inch nitto ridge grapplers. Bushwacker flat fenders. No name steel bumpers front and back for now.
I've heard of a lot of fellas finding some old bread trucks with a 4bt turbo diesel and they say it's the cats ass. With a regear itll smoke 37s all the way down the block on a good tune.
