This is my first post so thanks to all in advance. I have a 2002 Wrangler 4.0 and my sweet 17 year old daughter decided to turn it on its roof (she is ok thank God). So here is what has happened since:
Took plugs out and Decompressed pistons
    Changed oil and plugs
Got to start running horribly so....
Changed ignition coil and plugs and been running with sea foam during this whole process
Still running bad giving multiple misfire codes
Ran fuel pressure test - all good
Did compression test on each cylinder - all good
Tested each fuel injector - two were at 16 ohm and four at 12 ohm
Changed plugs again also put marvel mystery oil in cylinder burned off - running slightly better but still bad
Question - should I Change the injectors based on those readings and what else would anyone recommend. Thanks for helping with this frustrating situation.

#1 I have a daughter SO I am so glad the girl is OK they hold a special place in or hearts.

OK the jeep, did any airbags deploy, is the SRS (airbag) light on?
    Is the CEL on?

    Stop spending money blindly -!!
We will want to check for codes -yes even if CEL is off. POST ALL codes. SCANNING is best.*
Post the fuel pressure - Fuel pressure is good ? want PSI.
The coil hope you kept original for shelf.
What plugs BRAND did you install - yeah it matters more on this later.

Yes 16Ω caught my eye hold off on injectors for now no problem before incident.
I am guessing issue is fluids going where they were not intended - the seafoam would have been my suggestion.

*key trick will NOT display all codes.

Thanks! No airbags deployed and CEC is on. The codes were P0300, P0351, P301, P0306
The fuel pressure was 47-48 and remained there for 5 min. Used autolite copper plugs and continue to use seafoam. Thanks for any guidance.

Welcome! Glad to hear your daughter is safe as even though the sport cage is robust the top material is not. Most of the codes reflect an issue with cylinder 1+6 so focus on them and the respective coil. Being upside down engine oil could have an affect on O2 sensors, EGR, spark plugs etc. Good that the engine was able to start so hopefully a resolution is close.
