    none right now
    Putting 33 inch tires on my 78 cj with v8. Has manual brakes. Do I need to upgrade to power . Saw a system for 155 on Amazon

    It would definitely make the driving experience more enjoyable, I would imagine.

    I would WANT to go to power brakes -

    booster, vacuum line, check valve, brake lines, push ROD, master cylinder, proportioning valve, and front disk calipers mounting plates would be nice.

    Getting a boost in braking is never a bad thing. Jeeps are not known for the brakes other than being adequate. With larger tires, heavier bumpers and armor any brake improvement will be a positive upgrade.

    Would definitely look into converting to power. But I find a price of $155 for complete set up...is kinda suspect. All parts needed? Quality? Considering a master cylinder alone could cost upwards of $200.
    I'm subbed. Post up your decision and pics if you decide to convert. Could be an awesome DIY thread.
